It had not snowed in 30+ days and it was very warm in the city - but the beatuy of Chamonix is that even if we did not get the same bottom less powder as last year, it still has plenty to offer. We found good snow (powderish 15-20 cm worth) and steep couloris...and a lot of good company! Check out the pictures form this years trip (and yes - similar to the last 10+ trips ;-)
